Since 2019, Cooperative has used EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to operate our business. EOS has six main parts: People, Vision, Data, Issues, Process and Traction. As we implement all of the parts of EOS, Cooperative gains traction to set and achieve all of our goals.
Understanding and implementing EOS is a lifelong process. This spring, we want to introduce and reinforce many EOS concepts, including the six main tools, as well as parts within each tool. Our job is to keep the information short and sweet – which we hope encourages you to keep reading and staying informed!
The People Analyzer is a tool we use to communicate our expectations and your performance. Specifically, we measure if you are achieving Cooperative’s Core Values and your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). This month, our Leadership Team (including Robin, our People expert, pictured above) will meet with each of our Admin employees to complete People Analyzers. This year, we hope to expand the People Analyzer to everyone reading this e-mail. Understanding what is expected of you, and receiving feedback on how you are doing, minimizes stress and maximizes performance.
