Drive 0.7 miles and turn right to merge onto I-70 E/US-40 E toward Wright City. Merge onto I-70 E/US-40 E and travel for 16.4 miles. Take exit 210A to merge onto I-64 E/US-40 E/US-61 S toward Chesterfield.
After 0.4 miles, use the right 2 lanes to turn slightly right onto I-64 E.
Continue on I-64 E for 35.4 miles, then take exit 36A for Kingshwy Blvd. Turn right onto S Kingshighway Blvd (follow signs for Missouri Botanical Garden/St Louis Science Center) and go 1.0 mile.
