To travel from Northwest HealthCare at 1225 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031 to Cooperative Home Care at 1924 Marconi Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110, start by heading southeast toward Graham Rd. Turn right onto Graham Rd, then take another left onto Graham Rd. After that, make a right onto Graham Rd and continue for about 0.2 miles. This will merge you onto N Hanley Rd; continue for approximately 0.8 miles.
Next, use the right two lanes to turn onto N Hanley Spur, followed by a quick right to take the ramp onto I-170 S. Merge onto I-170 S and follow it for about 9.5 miles. Use the left lane to take exit 1A to merge onto I-64 E/US-40 E toward Lewis and Clark Trail/St. Louis. Continue on I-64 E/US-40 E for about 4.3 miles until you reach exit 36A for Kingshighway Blvd.
Once you exit, use the right lane to take the ramp toward Missouri Botanical Garden/St. Louis Science Center. Continue straight onto S Kingshighway Blvd and drive for approximately 0.9 miles before turning right onto Shaw Ave. Finally, take a left onto Marconi Ave, and your destination will be on the left after about 253 feet.
