Welcome Carla!

Please join me in welcoming Carla Blocker to Cooperative Home Care and All Staff Nursing. Carla is joining us as our new CDS Case Manager.  She will be reporting to Kim Muhammad, CDS Manager. 

Carla comes to us from The Bridge of Florissant, prior to that she worked at Cole Technology and Lutheran Senior Home Care in administration and office management. 

Over the next few weeks, Carla will be onboarding.  Please reach out and make her feel welcome.
