“Mr. Chris F. came into the (Crestview) office.  He wanted to express his gratitude to the Cooperative assistants that took care of his wife, Shirley, both the shared staff and the dedicated staff.  She passed away last week after being on hospice for some time.  Mr. F. stated that he didn’t know what he would have done without us.  I just wanted to pass that along.”
