Cooperative accepts the majority of commercial insurance carriers as well as most state funded programs including Medicaid, HCY, NPCS (Nursing and Personal Home Care Services), DSCC (Division of Specialized Care for Children), DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) and EPSDT (The Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment Program is the child health component of Medicaid. If for some reason Cooperative doesn’t have a contract with your specific provider, your insurance carrier may negotiate agreements specifically for your child’s care. Since we specialize in the provision of pediatric homecare services, we find that most insurance companies are eager to work with us.
