EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is how we operate Cooperative. We’re learning about its six main parts: People, Vision, Data, Issues, Process and Traction, plus all of their inner workings. This is how are we doing in six simple sentences:
People are managed via the People Analyzer.
Our Vision defines us and includes our Core Values, Mission Statement, and Core Focus.
Data’s main component is our annual budget including how much we want to grow each year.
Solving Issues on a weekly basis is part of achieving Cooperative’s annual Goals.
Process: We start with a giant, annual goal and break it down into quarterly and weekly goals that we measure weekly, quarterly and annually.
