Complex Care Aide Program in St. Louis

Cooperative Home Care has been an advocate for children with complex medical needs since becoming a Private Duty Pediatric Nursing provider in 2019. Our President, Robin Gladwill, has been a personal and professional advocate for over 20 years. Robin is a proud Pediatric Task Force member who actively addresses nursing shortages. She specializes in identifying opportunities that are easy for families to enter and navigate, to maximize authorized services and minimize caregiver burnout.

Cooperative is always seeking new ways to SERVE ONE MORE. The Complex Care Aide (“CCA”) program is particularly exciting because it offers pediatric patients and their families more service options. Read more about the preliminary details on our Complex Care Aide Program flyer here.

Effective July 2026, Cooperative Home Care is actively enrolling potential patients in our CCA program. Call us now to pre-enroll. We will keep you connected as the Complex Care Aide program emerges!

What People Are Saying About Nursing Care

Sarah, my medication nurse is a very remarkable and incredible nurse and cares very deeply for her patients. Carolyn the nurse for Medicare was good for me as well. If I ever need a nurse again, I will be sure to request her.

Happy Clients

Our caregiver Kayla B. is wonderful…we have had other caregivers and no one can even come close in comparison to Kayla. We absolutely love her! She is a very hard worker, very friendly and concerned about my mother’s well-being. I just don’t know what we would do without her.
