Before we utilized your services I was continuously hoping that I was making the best decision for my mom. She only deserves the best. The nurse that we have been working with before discharge was Alexa. After dealing with Alexa I knew that I made the best decision for my mom. Alexa is such a knowledgeable nurse. She is so caring and compassionate to the patient. My mom loved dealing with Alexa. My mom often cried when Alexa left wondering when she was going to return. Alexa treats her patients like family. From my perspective Alexa has exceeded all of my expectations. I always knew that she was giving my mom excellent care. I appreciate that she always answered all of my questions. You are so fortunate to have Alexa on your team…thank you for providing my mom with excellent care!!

When my mom went home the nurse Sandy later came. She also was so helpful and caring. I spoke to you about my mom being so weak from Covid, Cdiff and shingles. The worst part was that the hospital let her lay in bed for an entire week without getting up to walk. This made my mom so weak and barely able to walk on her own. With the help of your home health pt and ot my mom is regaining her strength and up walking again with her walker.  In the beginning they were doubtful of my mom regaining strength or walking again.

When my mom was discharged from Mercy I spoke to you about my mom being cared for by your home health service. After I spoke to you, you immediately sent the nurse Barbi to speak with my mom and me at the hospital. It was so nice having Barbi speak with us before being discharged. She was so helpful and informative.

Sarah, my medication nurse is a very remarkable and incredible nurse and cares very deeply for her patients. Carolyn the nurse for Medicare was good for me as well. If I ever need a nurse again, I will be sure to request her.

Our caregiver Kayla B. is wonderful…we have had other caregivers and no one can even come close in comparison to Kayla. We absolutely love her! She is a very hard worker, very friendly and concerned about my mother’s well-being. I just don’t know what we would do without her.
