Rebecca Zimmerman represents all services Cooperative Home Care offers: Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Reduced Fee Program and Private Services. Like all of our Referral Specialists, Rebecca also represents Cooperative’s Low Vision Therapy Program that enables patients experiencing vision loss due to macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetes or stroke, to function in their homes more safely and independently.
