Hi Mitch, I wanted to personally thank you for the extraordinary service that your company offers to their patients and families. When my mom was discharged from Mercy I spoke to you about my mom being cared for by your home health service. After I spoke to you, you immediately sent the nurse Barbi to speak with my mom and me at the hospital. It was so nice having Barbi speak with us before being discharged. She was so helpful and informative.
